About the Norwood Park Senior Center

Opened in 2009, the Norwood Park Senior Center is a partnership between Norwood Life Society, the City of Chicago's Department of Family Services, and the Chicago Park District.
Our 7,000 sq feet facility offers a computer room, library and a conference room. There is a wellness room for private consultations with our nurse, social worker, pharmacist or dietician. Lunch is served at 12pm Mondy - Friday with special events ocurring monthly in celebration of holidays or our Lunch & Learn series. The Center also offers yoga, dance & Tai Chi as well as sewing, writing, book club and weekly card & trivia games.
