About the Norwood Park Senior Center
Opened in 2009, the Norwood Park Senior Center is a partnership between Norwood Life Society, the City of Chicago's Department of Family Services, and the Chicago Park District.
The 7,000 sq feet facility currently has over 1300 members and boasts a large fitness center with state-of-the-art strength training and cardiovascular equipment as well as a computers, library, conference room and activity rooms. The Center offers exercise classes, yoga, line dancing, Tai Chi, laughter yoga and other special events.
